HOW TO APPLY
ON A DESKTOP
1. Download the PDF to your computer.
Hint - do NOT fill out application in an internet tab. Open doc from folder it was saved to so it will open in the Acrobat program.
3. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat and fill out the fields.
2. Save and email your completed application to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ON A MOBILE PHONE
1. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader App (Available on iPhone & Android).
2. Click "Download Application" on this page. The document will open in another tab.
3. Locate the options tab at the bottom of your screen. Choose the option to "Copy to Adobe Acrobat."
4. The application will open in the app. Fill out each field.
5. Once completed, click the "share" button at the bottom of the screen and choose the "share file" option.
6. When asked to choose a format, choose "Share Flattened Copy."
7. Use your email app to email the completed application to email@example.com.
