SAVE MONEY

Coatings can restore your existing aged or failing roof for 50-70% less cost than traditional roof replacement

SAVE TIME

Roof coatings can be installed substantially faster than roof replacement. Re-roof requires a labor-intensive process that can take weeks or months to complete whereas coatings can be completed in 1/3 the time of any re-roof.

STAY OPEN DURING INSTALLATION

Installing a roof coating system is minimally disruptive - no seams welding, drilling, or nailing is needed or any hard chemicals causing odors. You can conduct business as usual with no interruptions

Restoring your roof rather than total replacement is an excellent way to recycle and reuse your current building materials. Many roof coatings are LEED compliant for sustainable sites.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RE-ROOF & COATINGS?

When a roof is restored, rather than replaced, the original materials are left in place. Coatings are a type of restoration and is less expensive as it requires less labor and materials. The process is also less invasive and can be completed quickly.

Re-roofing refers to when a roof is partially or completely replaced. All materials are completely removed and new installation is required. A complete overhaul of a roof is considerably more expensive - in general, restoring a roof is at least half the cost of a re-roof.

The decision to restore or re-roof should be based on the history and severity of the damage of the current roof and ultimately depends on how much useful life remains in the existing roof.
